Thank you for shopping with Winkadoo. To ensure a seamless experience, we have partnered with Private Supplier for dropshipping services. Below are the terms of our Shipping Policy:


1. Order Processing Time

 Orders are processed by our supplier (Roposo Clout) within 2-4 business days after the order is placed.

 Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

 Once processed, delivery typically takes 7-15 business days, depending on the customer’s location.

 Delivery times may vary due to factors such as location, courier service delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

 We will notify you of any delays as soon as possible.


3. Shipping Fees

 Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the customer’s location and the weight of the product.


4. Shipment Tracking

 After your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS.

 You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress directly on the Roposo Clout tracking platform or via winkadoo.com.


5. Shipping Locations

 We currently ship across India to most pin codes.

 Some remote locations may have limited delivery services.


6. Damages, Issues, and Missing Items

 If your order arrives damaged, is defective, or is incorrect, please contact our customer support at thewinkadoo@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

 Include your order number and photos of the issue for a quicker resolution.

 Replacements, refunds, or credits will be handled as per our return and refund policy.


7. Responsibility for Shipment

 As a dropshipping service, the Private Supplier handles packaging and dispatch. While we ensure quality, we are not liable for delays caused by the courier partner or issues beyond our control.
