At Ather Lights, we strive to provide you with high-quality products at the best prices. Since we operate through a dropshipping model from third-party suppliers, our refund and return policy is aligned with their guidelines.

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns


We offer refunds/replacements only in the following cases:

✔ Wrong product received (different from what was ordered)

✔ Damaged or defective product upon arrival

✔ Missing items in the order


🚫 Returns & refunds will NOT be accepted for:

✖ Change of mind or personal preference

✖ Minor variations in color, size, or packaging (due to supplier differences)

✖ Delayed delivery due to courier issues

 

2. Refund & Return Process

Initiate a Request: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the order with clear photos of the issue.

Verification: We will verify the claim and initiate a request with our supplier

Resolution Time: Refunds or replacements typically take 30 business days after approval.

 

3. Refund Mode & Timeline


✔ Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 30 business days after approval.

✔ If the refund is delayed, kindly check with your bank/payment provider.

 

4. Order Cancellations


Since we process orders quickly, cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the product is shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
